Let there be light….

Tuesday, 4 May 2021

What a difference a simple rooflight can make.  This semi-detached dwelling had an upstairs room with dark areas, and our client wanted to inject some life into the room.  By carefully positioning a new rooflight we were able to create a more welcoming and useable space.

Remember that most Velux window proposals will require a building warrant and if the building is listed or within a conservation area it may also require planning and listed building consent.  An architect can guide you through the process and provide the right information for a tradesperson to quote for the works.
