Side Extension

This project sought to improve the legibility of the front door to the property whilst providing disabled access to the first floor living accommodation through a 2 storey side extension.  Due to the sloping nature of the site which made providing level access difficult, the design solution provided access from the new front door and also via the integral garage through an internal access door.  A DDA compliant lift at the rear of the ground floor extension provided wheelchair access to the main living level.
